UPDATE to the Draft RFP for CIO-SP4!

The Self Scoring Sheet has been updated on September 25, 2020.   There were not many changes however, a few are worth noting!  They are:

1. Evaluation Factor 2 – Relevant Corporate Experience – In order to receive the minimum points for SB, 8A, HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB or all other Small Business Types the revenue example now has to have a minimum of $500K, whereas before it was less than $1M.
2. Evaluation Factor 2 – Relevant Corporate Experience – The language for corporate experience has been updated to state a minimum of three examples with no more than three examples per task area.  The previous version only has a maximum of 30 stated with no minimum in any task area.
3. Mid-Tier Bonus – This new section which can add 1,500 points for Other Than Small Business (OTSB) that have less than $30M in revenue over the last 3 years.  Rather it is adding an additional 15% to the total points to help even out the total points earned for those in OTSB with less than $30M in revenue!!
