Who I work with
I work across Aprio to build great leaders and help team members realize their full potential. I view learning and development as a differentiator for Aprio that allows us to attract and retain top talent, because we invest in our people in a unique way. I value providing our talent with opportunities to grow, and it’s important to me that the people I serve know they can count on me to support that growth.
My specialty
I approach my work balancing strong results-orientation with an equal emphasis on building relationships. Our work in Learning and Development must be both closely aligned with Aprio’s strategy and attuned to what are team members are looking for in their careers.. I believe in collaboration and co-creation, and an important value that drives my work is understanding that we perform our best when we come together to achieve shared goals.
Results I have delivered
Prior to joining Aprio, I worked in healthcare, overseeing talent and learning at a major hospital system. A major success of mine in that role was improving retention among employees through the design and staffing of a Career Center that encouraged and supported career navigation across the organization.
Unique things about me
I am a 4-time Ironman, having completed the race in Brazil, Lake Placid, Wisconsin, and Florida! When I was younger, I spent time as an exchange student in Tunisia.
When I am not at work
When I am not at work, I enjoy skiing and traveling with my children, and spending time with my 14-month old goldendoodle. I love to try new restaurants in the Atlanta area and wherever I’m traveling!

A great leader – the pressure is on because building leaders is what I do. My team knows they will be challenged to achieve big things and that they will also have a lot of investment in their career. I go the extra mile for my people and am known as a colleague who has your back!

I hold a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Southern California, and an M.A. in Educational Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
