My specialty
I specialize in foreign inbound tax compliance and consulting with extensive experience serving Asian inbound companies. I help businesses to navigate complex tax challenges associated with establishing operations in the U.S. and provide tax consulting for M&A transactions and restructuring. In addition, I provide income tax provision and C-corporation tax compliance and consulting. My team anticipates and embraces changes to help our clients stay ahead of the curve.
Results I have delivered
I developed a strategy to reduce the annual South Carolina license fee by more than $200,000 for a manufacturing company.
