Who I work with
I work with high-net-worth individuals, private equity investors and owners of family-held businesses in commercial and residential real estate, retail and professional services.
My specialty
I use my considerable real estate experience to advise real estate clients on complex 1031 exchanges, implementing strategic plans to maximize tax deductions including estate and trust planning, cost segregation studies, and entity selection and structuring. I have significant experience advising partnerships and S corporations, and helping clients navigate M&A transactions and multistate tax planning and preparation.

I love motorcycling, and I am the rare accountant who rides a Harley Davidson.
When I am not at work
When I am not working, I am spending my time with my family or tending to my garden. You may also find me at a local motocross track cheering for my two sons, who race amateur motocross.

I received my Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University and my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA).
