My specialty
My specialties include complex revenue recognition, business combinations and complex debt and equity structures. I collaborate with Aprio’s specialty teams to increase manufacturers’ bottom line by identifying available tax credits and opportunities for operational improvements that create efficiencies. I provide audit and financial reporting to help clients maximize the outcomes of growth initiatives, including new debt agreements, equity transactions and new vendor/customer agreements.
