I specialize in assessing HR needs, working with strategic partners to create tailored plans and HR solutions for Aprio clients, which aligns clients with the best fit solution for their business. Expanding our network of potential strategic partners for clients to tap.
Results I have delivered
I recently revisited a nonprofit client that originally came to our outsourced nonprofit division for help after losing their CEO and CFO at the same time. We got a solution via one of our strategic partners who was able to step in and take over at a fraction of the cost of replacing two full-time executives. That solution is still in place. Our client is very happy. We were able to fix their problem with a solution that was cheaper and more qualified than the executives they lost.
Unique things about me
I have a BA in Telecommunications. I started working for CNN as a video journalist right out of college, then an associate producer and a freelance field producer. I ended up in the sales and marketing division, where I learned that I love sales.
When I am not at work
When I’m not at work I love to box, do Pilates, and spend time with my friends and family.
