Who I work with
As Aprio’s executive in-house legal advisor, I provide legal guidance on all aspects of the firm’s operations, both to advance the firm’s strategic goals and to support Aprio’s Board of Directors, leadership team and team members in the U.S. and abroad.
My specialty
Aprio is a high-growth company, so a significant portion of my time is spent overseeing Aprio business development and inorganic growth initiatives, alongside serving as a liaison with external counsel and strategic partners. I help the firm navigate legal matters using my extensive experience in big data, IoT, cross-border litigation, and supply chain management, all developed during my tenure with multinational corporations including GE Transportation and DSV. I advise Aprio’s leaders on right-sizing processes, employment and personnel matters, as well as contracting processes and negotiations.
Unique things about me
I am originally from the Boston area and now live in scenic Decatur, Georgia. I graduated with honors from Wellesley College, and earned my JD from Hamline University School of Law. I love animals and currently have one rascal cat and one giant bunny (who lives in our English-style garden).
When I am not at work
I enjoy going to concerts and listening to music with my husband. I am very active in the Wellesley College alumnae community.
