Who I work with
I work with clients in a variety of industries who face dynamic growth and merger and acquisition (M&A) challenges. As Aprio’s Chief Risk Officer (CRO), I provide technical accounting, tax and risk management guidance to team members across the firm to support the achievement of Aprio’s business plans and growth objectives.
My specialty
I apply nearly four decades of public accounting experience to assist my clients and our firm to solve problems and manage risk. I consult on matters of professional activity, ethics, insurance, conflict of interest and independence. I also provide guidance on Aprio’s ongoing business combination transactions and integrations.
Unique things about me
My family and I live on an active farm, where I enjoy planting fields, pruning fruit trees and completing habitat management projects. I am also a beekeeper and maintain an active apiary.
When I am not at work
I am an avid outdoorsman and can often be found golfing, doing 50-mile bike rides, boating on the lake or hunting.

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (concentration in Accounting) from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. My civic affiliations include serving as President of the Atlanta Classic Foundation and membership on the leadership team of the Lake Country Branch of the National Deer Association.
