Before joining Aprio, a top 50, CPA-led advisory firm, I engineered my own firm’s growth both organically and through M&A, merging successfully with 14 firms. This garnered my firm, LBA Haynes Strand, national recognition on the Inc. 5,000 lists five years in a row. I leverage both first-hand experience and insights from consulting hundreds of clients to deliver results.
Unique things about me
I wrote the book on successful business combinations: Cracking the Code to M&A Growth. I host the Aprio Advisor podcast series, and I’m a frequent contributor to media outlets, including Accounting Today, the AICPA, Sky Business TV (Australia), and ExitCoachRadio.com.
When I am not at work
I have a passion for traveling with my family, having visited six continents and more than 50 countries. I’m a Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) member, and a former three-year member of EO’s Global Board of Directors.
