Who I work with
As Chief Innovation and Strategy Officer, I deliver tangible results through setting strategic vision and driving focused execution. By guiding our firm and functional-level strategies grounded in a client- centric ecosystem and achieving speed to value through our merger integration strategy, I help Aprio achieve what’s next.
My specialty
I enjoy leveraging data-driven, human-centric design to solve complicated business problems and deliver measurable results. I believe that the best path to attaining success is through breaking down large, seemingly daunting transformations into incremental progress for the organization, keeping the team laser-focused on the prize. I have a passion for bringing people together to learn from one another. My ability to connect dots in unconventional ways allows me to craft solutions and ideas which are industry agnostic.
Results I have delivered
Prior to arriving at Aprio, I’ve spent a significant amount of my career working with Fortune 100, publicly traded companies in strategy, customer experience, Board and executive alignment, and high-risk, high-visibility strategic initiatives. At a previous firm, I built a cybersecurity practice grounded in risk mitigation, team member activation, and investment prioritization.
Unique things about me
I have a passion for seeing the world bigger than our own culture. My family and I have served as a host family for a cultural exchange au pair program for 15 years.
When I am not at work
I am mom of two amazing girls, a golden doodle, and a pony…to which I am allergic. I spend most of my free time soaking up Friday night lights or at a horse show, supporting my teenagers’ unique gifts and passions. When I am not keeping up with the family, you can most likely find me on a yoga mat, a hiking trail, or finding a creative outlet through home design and renovations.

I earned bachelor’s degrees in international finance and German from the University of Georgia and completed the Executive Education program through the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University. I am an active member of Aprio’s DEIB council and the University of Georgia Alumni Association.
