Gwen serves as director of operations for Aprio’s Tax practice. She has over 13 years of experience in operations, process development and implementation, standard operating procedures, workflow and productivity analysis, forecasting, introduction of new practice management methodologies and technology, and administration management.

Gwen excels at increasing quality, efficiency and productivity while executing integral components of the firm’s vision, initiatives, and strategies for the Tax practice. She regularly evaluates processes through her extensive knowledge of accounting firm best practices and industry research, keeping her finger on the pulse of public accounting practice management trends. Gwen also works closely with executive leadership to ensure that Aprio’s processes are innovative and enhance the experience of both internal and external clients.

Prior to joining Aprio, Gwen was the director of operations at a CPA firm in Atlanta, GA, and the tax practice administrator at a leading CPA firm in South Florida, where she was known for her ability to implement cutting edge and proven internal operations that aided in the growth of the practices.
