Lexy Kessler Leads Efforts to Address Accounting Profession’s Talent Shortage

March 13, 2024 – Lexy Kessler, partner and mid-Atlantic regional leader at Aprio spoke with INSIDE Public Accounting’s Chris Camara on March 6, 2024, about the National Pipeline Advisory Group’s (NPAG) efforts to address the accounting profession’s ongoing talent shortage.

Lexy serves as the chair of NPAG and she discussed NPAG’s initiative to launch two surveys aimed at gathering essential insights from key stakeholders within the accounting ecosystem, including accounting and business students, as well as professionals within the accounting field, such as CPAs, accountants, educators, and state society members.
