He guides organizations through their digital transformation journey, encompassing systems assessments, process improvement, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and data tooling.
Alfonso joins Aprio from a top 10 accounting firm, where he served as a partner in transformation and technology enablement solutions. He brings 20 years of accounting experience, 15 of which are dedicated to the government contracting sector. Alfonso’s experience uniquely positions him to address the sector’s evolving needs, advising on technology, GAAP and regulatory compliance, policy and procedure creation, internal controls and training.
