My clients count on me for tax structures and ongoing business and strategic tax planning that support profitable growth. I help navigate the sale of businesses, and I help clients minimize state and local tax exposure. I played a key role in founding Aprio’s PPP and ERC Services group which has received national acclaim and I continues to help clients leverage these programs to increase liquidity.

Results I have delivered

I have personally helped hundreds of businesses increase cash flow through the skillful coordination of CARES Act benefits. I am an expert at successfully guiding clients through PPP loan applications, accounting and forgiveness processes and coordinating other programs like the ERC payroll tax credit to maximize their benefits.

I enjoy golfing, fishing, tennis and softball. And with the Rocky Mountains in my backyard, I love snowboarding.

I am the proud father of 2 boys and 2 girls, and I love spending time with my family at home and on the slopes.
